St. Thomas Aquinas College is proud to announce that Victoria Farley ’23, Regional Admissions Counselor for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region, has been named a recipient of the 2025 Rising Professional Award by the New Jersey Association for College Admission Counseling (NJACAC).
Presented annually, the Rising Professional Award recognizes emerging leaders in college admission counseling who demonstrate outstanding promise, professionalism, and a deep commitment to guiding students through the college search and transition process.
The College proudly recognizes the achievements of Admissions team members Vincent Vazquez, Assistant Director of Admissions, who earned his MBA, and Thomas Quevedo, Regional Admissions Counselor, who earned his MBA in Human Resources Management with Distinction — both conferred in May.
“Victoria’s recognition by NJACAC is a proud moment for St. Thomas Aquinas College and a testament to the strength and dedication of our entire Admissions team,” said St. Thomas Aquinas College President Ken Daly. “As an alumna and emerging leader, Victoria has quickly made her mark as a compassionate, mission-driven professional who embodies the energy, authenticity, and student-first mindset that define our community. We also congratulate Vinny and Thomas on achieving their Master’s Degrees and deeply value the Admissions team’s unwavering commitment to student success.”
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies in 2023. As a student, she served as President of the College’s Mental Health Club, championing wellness, peer support, and inclusive engagement on campus — work that continues to shape her approach to higher education today — and founded the College’s signature “Spartans Take a Beat” mental health and wellness program.
