Devin Niccoll ’25 is currently in Dublin, Ireland where he is working in a co-op with Teeling Brothers Distillery. As a Hospitality Management student, Devin has gained invaluable hands-on experience, and will continue to learn alongside his team and coworkers. Devin notes that he sees hundreds of customers daily in a fast-paced and customer service-focused environment: “I am learning skills that I know are transferable and adventurous within the hospitality industry. Each day is very rewarding and I am constantly gaining knowledge.”
As part of the Co-Op, Devin is enrolled in a Hospitality Management and Leadership class online, where he is able to share his experiences with classmates. Devin notes how beautiful Dublin is, and he is supported by his Irish family members. He notes: “The team at Teeling is amazing. I am learning so much and we have fun and support one another. Meeting and being around Mr. John Teeling as well as his sons, Stephen and Jack, has been a great experience. Pushing myself and learning new things has allowed me to grow in a way I otherwise would not have. The “highlight” is truly the entire experience.”
