She teaches a variety of Communication and Business courses on the undergraduate and graduate levels, including Speech Communication, Public Speaking, Interpersonal Communication, Gender Communication, Public Relations, Business Communication, Social Media Marketing, and New Media. She feels compelled to share that she loves teaching and is thankful and honored to be living a lifelong dream of leading students through the learning experience—while understanding a truly inspirational teacher is as much led by students as leads them.
When Professor Winship is not in the classroom, she offers consulting services in personal career coaching, performance consulting, and seminars on presentational speaking, conflict management, self-esteem, time management, resume writing, interviewing skills, customer service, sales training, and social media. She also enjoys traveling, visiting museums, attending Broadway shows, antiquing, and reading.
