Dear Spartan Country,
Thank you for all that you do to support our student-athletes. The 2022-23 academic year was another extremely successful one for our athletes both on and off the field. Our Softball, Men’s Basketball, and Women’s Tennis teams all won East Coast Conference championships which led to automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament! STAC Athletics also made NCAA Tournament appearances with Men’s Tennis and Women’s Basketball advancing to the Regional round and Women’s Tennis, Women’s Triathlon team, Golf and Men’s Outdoor Track & Field advancing to the National Championship rounds. Many of our athletes and coaches received postseason accolades for their athletic success at the conference, regional, and national levels. The Spartans posted a NCAA Academic Success Rate of 91% and a department GPA of 3.1.
We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming Athletic Department Golf Outing. This event provides a fun, first-rate way to support our student-athletes while enjoying a tremendous golf experience.
