Ready to take the next step toward becoming a Spartan? Secure your spot at St. Thomas Aquinas College by submitting your enrollment deposit:
- Commuter Students: $100
- Resident Students: $250
Once you submit your deposit, you’ll begin receiving important information and next steps for deposited students.
Your deposit will be credited toward your financial obligation to the College. Please note: Deposits submitted after May 1, 2027, are non-refundable.
How to Submit Your Deposit
Option #1: Pay Online by Credit Card
- Visit our Online Credit Card Payment page.
- Select “Make a One-Time Payment.”
- Select “STAC Admissions” from the drop-down menu.
- Follow the prompts to complete your payment.
Option 2: Pay by Check or Money Order
Complete our Reservation Fee Form if you’re paying by check or money order.
Important Info for Special Programs
*Students submitting deposits for special programs (Honors and Pathways) have to be admitted to those programs, in addition to being admitted to the College. Submitting a deposit does not automatically enroll a student in the special program.

If you haven’t already, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form so we can review them for all forms of aid. Find all the important details on our FAFSA page. Our code is 002832. For NY State residents, our TAP code is 0830.
