Congratulations! We can’t wait to welcome you to our campus!
As an accepted transfer student, we’ll continue to work with you to ensure that everything is in place for you to get to work earning your bachelor’s degree—and earning a living. We provide a personalized registration process and host a Transfer Orientation before the start of the semester.
APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID
We ask students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form so we can review them for all forms of aid. Find all the important details on our FAFSA page. If you have completed the FAFSA form for your prior college, you can change it to St. Thomas Aquinas College, our code is 002832. For NY State residents, our TAP code is 0830.
READY TO COMMIT TO ST. THOMAS AQUINAS COLLEGE?
If you’re ready to submit your deposit to attend St. Thomas Aquinas College, you can do so by sending your admissions deposit $100 as a commuting student or $250 as a resident student (it is non-refundable). This deposit will be credited towards your financial obligation to the College. Sending your deposit will secure your place and give you the ability to register for classes.
Send Your Deposit
Pay online using our Online Credit Card Payment site. From the Make a One-Time Payment section, select STAC Admissions from the dropdown box and follow the prompts to complete your deposit payment online.
Use our Reservation Fee Form if you’re paying by check or money order.
During transfer registration, you’ll meet with an adviser to review your credit evaluation and select your courses for your first semester. Your adviser will provide you with guidance and work with you on your academic plan to ensure you graduate on schedule. Your admissions deposit ($100 for commuters, $250 for residents) is due on your day of registration if you have not already submitted it.

Checklist for Deposited Transfer Students
During orientation, you will have the opportunity to meet current and incoming STAC students, receive your Spartan ID Card and parking permit, and much more. There will be important programming for your family/guests as well.
