YOU’RE IN. What’s Next?
If you’re ready to submit your deposit to attend St. Thomas Aquinas College, you can do so by sending your admissions deposit of $100 as a commuting student or $250 as a resident student. You will begin receiving additional information for deposited students. This deposit will be credited towards your financial obligation to the College. Please note that it is non-refundable if submitted after June 1, 2025.
How to Submit Your Deposit

- Pay online using our Online Credit Card Payment

- Select “Make a One-Time Payment”

- Select “STAC Admissions” from the drop-down box

- Follow the prompts to complete your deposit payment online.
Use our Reservation Fee Form if you’re paying by check or money order.
*Students submitting deposits for special programs (Honors and Pathways) have to be admitted to those programs, in addition to being admitted to the College. Submitting a deposit does not automatically enroll a student in the special program. Please contact the Admissions Office with any questions, 845-398-4100.
If you haven’t already, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form so we can review them for all forms of aid. Find all the important details on our FAFSA page. Our code is 002832. For NY State residents, our TAP code is 0830.
