Sean Quick ’27 has recently been accepted to Northeast College of Health Sciences for their Doctor of Chiropractic program! He has been an involved member of the STAC community, especially surrounding the Spartan Journey Orientation when we welcome our newest students to campus for their Fall semester.
Sean looks forward to the next steps of his academic journey, noting: “I am excited to learn how to perform adjustments on patients. Adjustments is one of the core methods chiropractors use in their day to day practice, and I will begin to learn many different types of adjustments in my second/third trimester at Northeast College of Health Sciences, which is earlier than other schools where they start in trimester five or six.”
When thinking ahead toward plans for the future, Sean envisions opening his own practice and creating opportunities to travel and help others. When it comes to his advice to STAC students beginning their own college journey, he explains how it is important to say yes to opportunities that come their way: “Saying yes to one thing will open the door to so many opportunities — not just at STAC but in the real world down the road. This advice was given to me from my friends who have already graduated from STAC and it still stays true today.”
