Food Services
Aramark provides a wide range of food-related services, from campus dining to large-scale stadium catering. The company’s food service offerings include:
• Dining and catering: Aramark creates menus and manages dining operations for clients such as colleges, universities, K-12 schools, hospitals, and corporate offices. Offerings include specialized dietary services and culinary programs developed by professional chefs.
• Stadium and leisure concessions: For sports, leisure, and entertainment venues, Aramark handles food and beverage concessions for large crowds.
• Refreshment services: This includes customizable on-site solutions like office coffee services, micro-markets, and curated pantry programs for businesses.
• Vending and retail: The company manages vending services and operates retail stores and gift shops at various client locations.
Facilities Maintenance
Aramark offers integrated facilities management (IFM) services that encompass the full lifecycle of a building, allowing clients to focus on their core business. Paul E. Carroll is the General Manager of Hospitality and Facilities at St. Thomas Aquinas College, where he has served since 2016. He began his career with Aramark in 2013 at LIU Post as Director of Operations. In his current role, Paul oversees both dining services for Aramark’s Collegiate Hospitality and custodial services for Aramark Facilities. Before joining Aramark, he was the owner-operator of two restaurants and gained extensive experience across various hospitality sectors, including cultural institutions, business and industry, sports and entertainment, and country clubs. Outside of work, Paul is an avid homebrewer and a member of the Westchester County Homebrewers Association. He lives in Tarrytown, New York, with his wife, Mary.
