CORPORATE EDUCATION PROGRAM OPPORTUNITY FOR EMPLOYEES
The St. Thomas Aquinas College Corporate Education Program (CEP) is designed as a value-add to corporate partners and provides a financial benefit to employees who would like to pursue their undergraduate or graduate education. Through our Corporate Education Program, employees at all levels within your organization have the opportunity to:
- Learn new skills to take on increased roles and added responsibilities.
- Prepare employees to manage or train others by having them pursue degrees to build skills to advance their careers.
Employees will have a dedicated enrollment specialist who will guide them through the entire application process and apply their corporate partner tuition discount.
STAC Commitment to Employee Education through Corporate Partnerships
Employees will benefit from significant tuition discounts when applying reimbursements:
Annual Company Reimbursement Limit | STAC Annual Benefit to Employee |

> $6,000 | Up to 12 credits annually no additional charge |
$4,000 – $5,999 | Up to 9 credits annually no additional charge |
$2,000 – $3,999 | Up to 6 credits annually no additional charge |
< $2,000 | STAC will provide a matching scholarship |
*Note: for any student enrolled at the highest company reimbursement level, the company’s actual reimbursement will be first applied until fully exhausted.

This means that employees would receive 12 credits for $6,000 a year. The College would waive the remaining tuition for the 12 credits as part of this program. In this scenario, this is a saving to the employee of more than $6,000/year. Any additional credits employees take over the 12 credit annual threshold in this scenario would receive a 20% discount. St. Thomas Aquinas College will charge the full tuition rate until the annual reimbursement threshold is reached; at that point, the remainder of the tuition charges will be waived.
The benefit is per calendar year and based on your annual corporate reimbursement program. For instance, if your company offers $6,000 annual, we would apply that reimbursement first then waive the remaining tuition accordingly.
While we encourage every student to complete the full program, if a student drops a course, they would forfeit that portion of the benefit for the year. It is also recommended that employees consult with their human resources and benefits department to find out how their reimbursement is affected by dropping a course.
Students can spread out the credits over the calendar year. Most graduate students take 6 credits per term; undergraduate students typically take more but can take as little as 3 credits a semester.
No, we would still offer you those courses at a 20% discount.
