PAYMENT OPTIONS
For those students who have registered, all tuition and fees must be paid in full or assigned to a payment plan for the Fall 2023 by July 16, 2023.
Students will be deregistered for upcoming semesters unless all indebtedness to the College is either paid or assigned to a payment plan and clearance has been received from Student Financial Services.
Forms of Payment
Online Payments: Payments by credit card or checking/savings can be made online by following the steps below:
- Login to Banner Self Service
- Select Student Services
- Select Student Account
- Select payment Portal
One-Time Payment Portal: To make a one-time payment towards your account balance, please indicate your student ID number and the corresponding term. For example, if you are making a one-time payment for the Fall term in the 2023-24 school year, you will include ‘Fall 23’.
Checks: Made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas College. There will be a $20 charge for any check returned for NSF. No check will be re-deposited. Should a returned check result in late payment, there will be an additional $50 late payment fee.
Credit Cards: The College accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. When paying by mail, please complete and return the credit card information portion of your bill, including card number, expiration date, and authorized signature.
PAYMENT PLANS
The College, in collaboration with Nelnet, offers payment plans to help you meet the cost of college tuition. We offer payment plan options that allow you to pay your semester obligation over a 4 or 5 month period. The cost of the payment plan is $50 per semester.
Fall 2023 plans begin as follows:
- 5 payments July 20th – November 20th – Close date for enrollment in the 5-month payment plan is 7/16/23
- 4 payments August 20th – November 20th – Close date for enrollment in the 4-month payment plan is 8/16/23
Summer 2023 plans begin as follows:
- 2 payments May 25th – June 25th – Close date for enrollment in the 2-month payment plan is 5/19/23

International Payment plans
Finally, we’re happy to announce that our students and families from around the globe now have more flexible payment options to help make education costs more manageable.
With Nelnet Campus Commerce and Western Union as your trusted international payment partners, St. Thomas Aquinas College is pleased to now offer payment plans for international students.
For any student and family who can not process payments from a US Bank account, our new payment program now lets you budget and pay your tuition and fees over time – giving you more financial freedom – today and down the line.
EASY ENROLLMENT
It’s easy to set up a payment plan – simply:

- Select Student Services
- Select Student Account
- Select Payment Portal
- Select the INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT PLAN option & follow the prompts
The cost of the payment plan is $50 per semester. International Fall 2023 plans begin as follows:
- 5 payments July 20th – November 20th – Close date for enrollment in the 5-month payment plan is 6/29/23
- 4 payments August 20th – November 20th – Close date for enrollment in the 4-month payment plan is 7/29/23
- Approved TAP awards cannot be refunded until the College has received the funds from NY State. Generally, there is a delay in funds that are received from NY State
- All college fees are non-refundable
- Deposits are non-refundable
