PAYMENT OPTIONS
For those students who have registered for Fall 2024, all tuition and fees must be paid in full at this time.
Students will be deregistered for upcoming semesters unless all indebtedness to the College is either paid or assigned to a payment plan and clearance has been received from Student Financial Services.
Forms of Payment
We accept the following forms of payments:
In-person payments can be made in the form of:
- Cash
- Checks (made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas College)
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express)
- Debit cards
- Spartan Cards
Online payments can be made by following the steps below:
- Login to Banner Self Service
- Select Student Services
- Select Student Account
- Select Payment Portal
One-Time Payment Portal: To make a one-time payment towards your account balance, please indicate your student ID number and the corresponding term. For example, if you are making a one-time payment for the Spring term in the 2023-24 school year, you will include ‘Spring 24’.
Checks: Made payable to St. Thomas Aquinas College. There will be a $20 charge for any check returned for NSF. No check will be re-deposited. Should a returned check result in late payment, there will be an additional $50 late payment fee.
Credit Cards: The College accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. When paying by mail, please complete and return the credit card information portion of your bill, including card number, expiration date, and authorized signature.

- Where your student ID is requested, please include your social security number.
- Please select the number of tuition/credits you will be taking.
- Students who are eligible for reduced tuition, please complete the reduced tuition rate section and select the number of tuition/credits you will be taking.
- Any student unsure of eligibility regarding reduced tuition, should contact their guidance counselor for more information.
- Submit form and follow the instruction listed to process your payment.
If you need to make an Athletic related payment (not student account related) such as fundraisers or dinners, please click here and follow the instructions as outlined below:

If you need to make a Residential Life related payment, including your $250 housing deposit for returning students only, please click here.

Credit Card Transaction Fee
Effective June 1, 2023, a non-refundable transaction fee will be added when using a credit card to make payment on a student account. The fee will be 2.85% of the payment amount. All convenience fees are charged and collected by the credit card issuer. Please note, debit cards are processed as credit cards and the fee will apply. For example, if you make a payment of $100 using a domestic credit card, the additional charge/processing fee will be $2.85. This fee will be the responsibility of the credit card holder.
PAYMENT PLANS
The College, in collaboration with Nelnet, offers payment plans to help you meet the cost of college tuition. We offer payment plan options that allow you to pay your semester obligation over a 4 or 5 month period. The cost of the payment plan is $50 per semester.

With Nelnet Campus Commerce and Western Union as your trusted international payment partners, St. Thomas Aquinas College is pleased to now offer payment plans for international students.
For any student and family who can not process payments from a US Bank account, our new payment program now lets you budget and pay your tuition and fees over time – giving you more financial freedom – today and down the line.
EASY ENROLLMENT
It’s easy to set up a payment plan – simply:

- Select Student Services
- Select Student Account
- Select Payment Portal
- Select the INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT PLAN option & follow the prompts
The cost of the payment plan is $50 per semester. International Spring 2024 plans begin as follows:
- 5 payments December 20, 2023 – April 20, 2024 – Close date for enrollment in the 5-month payment plan is 11/29/23
- 4 payments January 20, 2024 – April 20, 2024 – Close date for enrollment in the 4-month payment plan is 12/29/23
- Approved TAP awards cannot be refunded until the College has received the funds from NY State. Generally, there is a delay in funds that are received from NY State
- All college fees are non-refundable
- Deposits are non-refundable
