Your “Summer” Home away from home!
St. Thomas Aquinas College is proud to offer housing and dining options for the following individuals:
- College\University students (ages 18 years and older) who have internships in Rockland (NY), Westchester (NY), Bergen (NJ) Counties or NYC.
- Undergraduate College\University students (ages 18 years and older) who are taking courses at local colleges or universities
- Professionals who need short-term housing while visiting the area to attend academic or professional conferences.
To be eligible for summer intern housing, individuals must provide either proof of internship or enrollment in a local college or university, or proof of registration for a conference. All guests must be over the age of 18.
A minimum three-week stay is required. Dates of stay must be submitted to the Office of Residence Life no less than two weeks prior to your planned arrival date.

Summer 2024 Availability & COsts
May 18, 2024 – August 16, 2024
The cost for a single occupancy room, with all of the amenities listed below included, is $350 per week. There is a discounted rate for St. Thomas Aquinas College students and alumni.
Located in the suburban community of Sparkill in Rockland County, St. Thomas Aquinas College is just 15 miles north of New York City, 15 miles west of White Plains, NY, and a mere couple miles from Bergen County, NJ.
We’re 10 minutes from the Palisades Center Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in the US, offering a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including a movie theater, an indoor ropes course, and a bowling alley.
Our area is known for its art and culture, as well as its unique dining. There are four state parks with hiking and recreational activities within 30 minutes of our campus.
