2025 Commencement UPDATE
St. Thomas Aquinas College’s 68th Commencement Exercises are scheduled to be held in person on Friday, May 9, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Clover Stadium in Pomona, NY.
However, with a current weather forecast indicating a 70% chance of rain, we are closely monitoring conditions. A final decision will be made by Thursday morning, May 8, regarding whether to proceed as planned or shift to our rain date of Saturday, May 10, at 2:00 PM, also at Clover Stadium.
NO DECISION HAS BEEN MADE YET!
Please check your email, social media, or this page on Thursday morning for an official update.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
- If the weather clears: Commencement will be held as scheduled on Friday, May 9 at 2:00 PM at Clover Stadium, NY.
- If rain forecast persists for Friday: Commencement will move to the rain date—Saturday, May 10 at 2:00 PM at Clover Stadium, we will still hold the Commencement After Party at the stadium.
- If rain is expected for both days: The ceremony will be moved indoors to the Aquinas Hall Gymnasium on Saturday, May 10 at 2:00 PM.
- Please note: If the ceremony is indoors, each graduate will receive two guest tickets. Additional family and guests can view the event via livestream at remote locations across campus. Instructions about ticketing will be sent in a separate email if this becomes necessary.
- Regardless of location, the Commencement will be livestreamed.
