An Accounting minor will allow you to develop a strong foundation in accounting beyond the introductory level. A deeper understanding of key financial concepts that affect all organizations will benefit students, as they seek careers in business or become entrepreneurs. A minor in accounting does not qualify you to sit for the CPA exam.
