Latina/o/x studies is a growing and popular field across colleges and universities, enabling students to develop a solid background in the complex history, literature, music, film, and intellectual traditions of Latin American communities in the United States.
Job trends have demonstrated that multicultural awareness is essential for students hoping to expand their employment possibilities. The minor is in keeping with the College’s overall commitment to social justice and providing an equity-minded curriculum to serve all students.
