We have Master of Science in Education programs and Advanced and Post Master’s Certificate programs designed for certified teachers seeking to expand their certification areas and advance their careers. Our in-demand Master of Science in Teaching programs are designed for aspiring teachers and offer paths to certification in sought after fields.
Accredited since 2003, the School of Education currently holds accreditation from the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP) through 2030.

There are discounts available for all graduate education students, through our St. Thomas Aquinas College Alumni GRAD-itude Scholarship for alumni and their immediate family members, for Public and Catholic School Teachers, a 50% tuition discount for teachers enrolled in our Education Certificate programs, and even a 10% discount for any graduate education student who is not eligible for other discounting programs. Financial Aid is also available at the graduate level for full programs and our team will partner with you to maximize your aid package.

- Submit your official undergraduate and/or graduate degree transcript for the Autism Program or your official graduate degree transcript for the Literacy, Special Education and TESOL Programs
- Submit a copy of your valid teaching certificate
Graduate Degree Admission Requirements
Our application process is simple:
- Complete the free STAC Graduate Application
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Official copies of transcripts from all institutions of higher education attended
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
- A copy of teaching certificate
- Submit the contact information for three professional recommenders on your application
- Interview with the Director of Graduate Education
Our application process is simple:
- Complete the free STAC Graduate Application
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Official copies of transcripts from all institutions of higher education attended
- Completion of a liberal arts major or 30 credit concentration in an academic area
- An overall GPA of 3.0 or higher

- Interview with the Coordinator of the MST Program
